Shipping policy

Orders are usually shipped once a week. Please note that this is a one-person operation and all items are assembled by hand, so occasional delays may occur. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, I will contact you directly.

Shipping is handled by several carriers, depending on the item, selected options, and destination country. A tracking code will always be provided. In some cases, your order may be split into two packages to reduce shipping costs—each will have its own tracking number.

Please be aware that once your order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. While I have no control over any delays they may experience, feel free to reach out if your package is taking longer than expected, I’ll contact the carrier and keep you updated.
